结构 Structure
堰式隔膜阀:阀体内有一个屋脊形的隆起,隔膜与阀瓣接触,阀杆上、下运动并且通过阀瓣带动隔膜与屋脊接触以达到隔断通道的目的。隔膜与尾脊不接触时具有一定节流作用,行程短对隔膜挠变要求较低,无淤积介质的死角 Weir diaphragm valve: there is a ridge shaped ridge in the valve body. 直流式隔膜阀:具有直流式截止阀和隔膜阀的特点。阀座与阀瓣密封,阀瓣上端有隔膜作为中法兰密封和填料密封,又起隔开阀体和阀盖作用,阀盖部分不接触介质。具有较高的承载能力和密封性能,流体流量呈线性,流通能力好,流阻小。但是结构复杂成本高,管道上安装需要考虑手轮特殊方向的擦做空间 Direct flow diaphragm valve: it has the characteristics of direct flow stop valve and diaphragm valve.
