一、液压油 Hydraulic oil

推荐采用高品质的矿物油基液压油，符合DIN51524标准中规定的H-LP油液。在50℃时，粘度应为25至50mm²/s，温度范围-10至70℃  It is recommended to use high-quality mineral oil-based hydraulic oil, which meets the h-lp oil specified in din51524 standard. At 50 ℃, the viscosity should be 25 to 50mm ²/ s. Temperature range -10 to 70 ℃

三、过滤与油管配置 Filtration and tubing configuration

通过十分有效的过滤使得油液的清洁度符合规定的纯净度等级（例如符合ISO4406）的话，泵和其他元件的功能可靠性和使用寿命会得到不同程度的提高。滤芯应符合ISO标准的品质要求。The functional reliability and service life of pumps and other components will be improved to varying degrees if the cleanliness of oil meets the specified purity level (e.g. ISO4406) through very effective filtration. 推荐采用为不同的使用场合安装方式生产的回油过滤器或压力油过滤器。应尽量避免使用吸油过滤器，特别是对快速响应的泵。吸油口可使用100目（149μm）滤网，滤网尺寸须大于吸口2倍以下。为达到最好的过滤效果，旁路过滤是最好的选择。It is recommended to use return oil filter or pressure oil filter produced for different application occasions. 水平安装 Horizontal installation

吸油口和压力油口在侧面，泄漏油口朝上，或者轴转90度，压力油口朝上，吸油口朝下。绝对不能反过来，因为泄漏油口必须总是位于尽可能高的位置上。垂直安装∶轴朝上。The oil suction port and pressure oil port are on the side, and the leakage oil port is upward, or the shaft rotates 90 degrees, and the pressure oil port is upward and the oil suction port is downward. It must not be reversed, because the leakage port must always be located as high as possible. Vertical installation: the axis is upward.

泵和吸油管路应这样设置，使真空度不超过0.8bar（绝对的）。吸油管古应尽可能的短和直。当泵安装在油箱上时应将吸油口切成45度以改善吸油条件。注意要绝对的密封。空气进入吸油管路会引起气蚀，噪音和损害泵。The pump and oil suction pipeline should be set so that the vacuum degree does not exceed 0.8bar (absolute). 四、传动 Transmission

泵的轴和电机的轴必须在0.25mm T.1.R.公差范围内同轴线，最大允许角度误差小于0.2度。应该使用带间隙误差补偿的回转柔性联轴器。必须遵守联轴器生产厂家的安装规定。The shaft of pump and motor must be within 0.25mm t.1 R. Within the tolerance range, the maximum allowable angle error of coaxial line is less than 0.2 degrees. Rotary flexible couplings with clearance error compensation should be used. The installation regulations of the coupling manufacturer must be observed.

当传动引起泵轴的经向载荷时必须与厂家磋商。泵轴的轴向载荷是不允许的 When the transmission causes the meridional load of the pump shaft, the manufacturer must be consulted. Axial load of pump shaft is not allowed

五、启动 start-up

在第一次试运行时，泵通过泄漏油管路）应该被充满了油.当第一次启动时，系统在无压的状态下运行，为的是迅速充油并且使泵和管路排气.当全部的空气排空时，压力就建立起来。短时开、关利于排气并能使泵快速充油。（注意∶检查电机的旋转方向。）During the first test run, the pump (through the leakage pipeline) should be filled with oil When starting for the first time, the system operates without pressure in order to quickly fill the oil and exhaust the pump and pipeline When all the air is emptied, the pressure is established.
