根据结构形式可分为：电动软密封球阀和电动硬密封球阀两类。软密封球阀主要适用于温度低于250度以内的介质。硬密封球阀主要适用于250度以上的介质 According to the structure, it can be divided into two types: electric soft seal ball valve and electric hard seal ball valve. Soft seal ball valve is mainly applicable to the medium with temperature below 250 ℃. Hard seal ball valve is mainly applicable to medium above 250 ℃

（2）止推轴承减小阀杆摩擦力矩，可使阀杆长期操作平衡灵活 The thrust bearing reduces the friction torque of the valve rod, which can make the valve rod balance and flexible for long-term operation

（3）阀座密封性能好，采用聚四氟乙烯等材料制成的密封圈，结构易于密封，而且球阀的阀封能力随着介质压力的增设而增大 The sealing performance of the valve seat is good. The sealing ring made of polytetrafluoroethylene and other materials is easy to seal, and the sealing capacity of the ball valve increases with the increase of the medium pressure

（4）阀杆密封可靠，由于阀杆只作旋转运动而不做升降运动，阀杆的填料密封不易破坏，且密封能力随着介质的压力增设而增大 The valve rod is sealed reliably. Because the valve rod only rotates without lifting, the packing seal of the valve rod is not easy to be damaged, and the sealing capacity increases with the increase of medium pressure

（5）由于聚四氟乙烯等材料具有良好的自润滑性，与球体的摩擦损失小，帮球阀的使用寿命长 Due to the good self-lubrication of PTFE and other materials, the friction loss with the ball is small, and the service life of the ball valve is long

（6）下装式阀杆和阀杆头部凸阶防止阀杆喷出，如火灾造成阀杆密封破坏，凸阶与阀体间还可形成金属接触，确保阀杆密封 The bottom-mounted valve stem and the convex step of the valve stem head prevent the valve stem from spraying out. If the valve stem seal is damaged by fire, the metal contact between the convex step and the valve body can also be formed to ensure the valve stem seal
