关于选择液压油的详细信息 Details about selecting hydraulic oil
要正确地选择液压油,需要知道与环境温度相关的工作温度∶闭式回路中的油路温度、开式回路中的油箱温度。选择液压油时,工作温度范围内的工作粘度应处于最佳范围内。我们建议在所有情况下都应选择较高的粘度等级。To select hydraulic oil correctly, it is necessary to know the working temperature related to the ambient temperature: the oil circuit temperature in the closed circuit and the oil tank temperature in the open circuit. When selecting hydraulic oil, the working viscosity within the working temperature range should be in the best range. We recommend choosing a higher viscosity grade in all cases.

壳体泄油温度(受压力和速度的影响)可能高于油路温度或油箱温度。但部件任何部位的温度均不可高于15℃。在确定轴承处液压油粘度时,应将下面指定的温差考虑在内。The oil drain temperature of the housing (affected by pressure and speed) may be higher than the oil circuit temperature or the oil tank temperature. However, the temperature of any part of the component shall not be higher than 15 ℃. When determining the viscosity of hydraulic oil at the bearing, the temperature difference specified below should be taken into account.
液压油的过滤 Filtration of hydraulic oil
更精细的过滤可以提高液压油的清洁度,从而延长轴向柱塞单元的使用寿命。Finer filtration can improve the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil, thereby extending the service life of the axial piston unit
为了确保轴向柱塞单元的功能可靠性,必须对液压油进行测量总量分析,以确定固体污染物的数量,并判断其清洁度是否符合ISO 4406标准的要求。清洁度至少应维持在20/18/15级。In order to ensure the functional reliability of the axial piston unit, the hydraulic oil must be measured and analyzed to determine the amount of solid pollutants and judge whether its cleanliness meets the requirements of ISO 4406 standard. 轴封 Shaft seal
允许的压力负载 Allowable pressure load
轴封的使用寿命受轴向柱塞单元转速和壳体泄油压力(外壳压力)的影响。外壳和环境压力的平均压差为2bar,在正常的工作温度下不会持续超过该值。瞬时压力峰值(t<0.1s)最高允许用值为10 bar。轴封的使用寿命会随压力峰值出现频率的增加而缩短。外壳压力必须等于或高于环境压力。The service life of the shaft seal is affected by the rotating speed of the axial plunger unit and the oil drain pressure of the housing (housing pressure). The average pressure difference between the shell and the ambient pressure is 2bar, which will not be continuously exceeded under normal operating temperature. The maximum allowable value of instantaneous pressure peak (t<0.1s) is 10 bar. The service life of the shaft seal will be shortened with the increase of the frequency of pressure peak. The enclosure pressure must be equal to or higher than the ambient pressure.
