工作原理 working principle
进口黄铜、不锈钢先导式电磁阀有常闭型和常开型二种 retz Imported brass and stainless steel pilot operated solenoid valves are available in two types: normally closed and normally open
常闭型:在未通电时,呈关闭状态。当线圈通电时,产生电磁力使动铁芯和静铁芯吸合,导阀口打开,介质流向出口,此时主阀芯上腔的压力减小,低于进口侧的压力,形成压力差克服弹簧阻力而随之向上运动,达到开启主阀口的目的,介质流通。当线圈断电时,电磁力消失,动铁芯在弹簧力作用下复位关闭导阀口,此时介质从平衡孔流入,主阀芯上腔压力增大,并在弹簧力作用下向下运动,关闭主阀口。
Normally closed: In a closed state when not powered on. When the coil is energized, electromagnetic force is generated to cause the moving iron core and the static iron core to engage. The pilot valve port opens, and the medium flows to the outlet. At this time, the pressure in the upper chamber of the main valve core decreases, lower than the pressure on the inlet side, forming a pressure difference that overcomes the resistance of the spring and moves upwards, achieving the purpose of opening the main valve port, and the medium flows. When the coil is powered off, the electromagnetic force disappears, and the moving iron core resets and closes the pilot valve port under the action of spring force. At this time, the medium flows into the balance hole, and the pressure in the upper chamber of the main valve core increases. Under the action of spring force, it moves downward to close the main valve port.
常开型:原理与常闭型正好相反
