1、当遇到消防用水时,消防泵气动管中压力升高时,阀门紧急关闭,切断生活用水,保证消防用水,当消防结束压力恢复至生活供水压力时,阀门处于常开位置。当主阀进口压力低于导阀设定的压力时,导阀此时处于开通状态,主阀上盖腔内压力与主阀出口压力相等,进口与出口存在压差,水流经阀门进口由出口流出。

2、当消防泵或变频泵压力升高,导阀设定压力时,由主阀进口通向导阀控制管压力升高,作用在弹簧上的压力增大,向下压紧带动阀芯下移,使导阀关闭,此时主阀进口压力通过节流阀不断补充到主阀阀盖上腔,因阀瓣受到向下的压力大于向上的密封面总作用力,主阀关闭。进口压力小于设定压力该阀一直处于开启状态,进口压力大于设定压力,该阀处于关闭状态。

Since the downward pressure on the valve disc is greater than the total force on the upward sealing surface, the main valve is closed. If the inlet pressure is less than the set pressure, the valve remains open. If the inlet pressure is greater than the set pressure, the valve is closed.

工作原理 working principle

1.导阀膜片下腔连接到主阀进口,可以反馈到进口压力大小。松开导阀防松螺母,顺时针转动导阀调节螺钉,调节弹簧被压缩,在工作原理.jpg弹簧作用力下,导阀芯开启。主阀膜片上腔内水流出,压力降低,在主阀膜片上下腔压力差作用下,主阀开启。开始供水。

Loosen the anti loosening nut of the guide valve, turn the adjusting screw of the guide valve clockwise, and the adjusting spring is compressed. Under the force of the spring, the guide valve core opens. Water flows out of the upper chamber of the main valve diaphragm, causing a decrease in pressure. Under the pressure difference between the upper and lower chambers of the main valve diaphragm, the main valve opens. Start water supply

2.当消防供水时,进口压力上升(消防时用水量大,压力也高)导阀膜片下腔压力上升,带动导阀芯关闭。主阀膜片上腔内水无法排除,压力上升。在主阀膜片上下腔压力差作用下,主阀关闭。停止供水。这时所有供水通过消防管道流出,居民生活供水停止,保证了消防用水需求。

3.停止消防供水后,进口压力下降。导阀膜片下腔压力也下降,在导阀弹簧力作用下,导阀芯开启。主阀膜片上腔内水流出,压力下降,在主阀膜片上下腔压力差作用下,主阀重新开启供水,保证生产或生活用水需求。

  After stopping the fire water supply, the inlet pressure decreased. Water flows out of the upper chamber of the main valve diaphragm and the pressure drops. 全关闭状态:当主阀进口端水压分别进入阀体及控制室,且主阀的外部球阀同时关闭,此时主阀处于关闭状态。

全开启状态:当主阀外部的球阀全开后,此时控制室内水压全部释放到管路下游,而主阀也呈现为开启状态。

浮动调节状态:调节主阀外部的球阀开度,使进水端流向控制室的水流和控制室流向下游的水流达到平衡,此时主阀处于调节浮动状态。

安装与调试 Installation and debugging

安装调试时,把阀门调到设定的关闭压力。然后逐渐降低进口压力,观察阀门开启时的压力。然后再增加进口压力,观察记录主阀关闭时压力。反复调试好后,拧紧导阀防松螺母

During installation and debugging, adjust the valve to the set closing pressure. Then gradually reduce the inlet pressure and observe the pressure when the valve opens. Then increase the inlet pressure and observe and record the pressure when the main valve is closed. After repeated debugging, tighten the guide valve lock nut
