启动前正常的位置是主阀关闭,而导阀则由弹簧作用力打开.蒸汽由导阀经压力控制管进入主阀隔膜室,部分蒸汽则由控制孔流向下游.施加在主阀隔膜上的控制压力增大,打开主阀  RETZ The normal position before startup is that the main valve is closed, while the pilot valve is opened by the spring force. 饱和蒸汽  Saturated steam

过热蒸汽 Superheated steam

由于过热蒸汽比容较大,图中给出的值应乘以修正系数,若过热度为55℃,则修正系数为0.95,若过热度为100℃,修正系数为0.9,用于上述例子,若蒸汽过热度为55℃,则DN32口径的减压阀流通能力为740X0.95=703kg/h,仍能满足600kg/h的负载要求,则DN32 的阀仍适用 Since the specific capacity of superheated steam is large, the value given in the figure should be multiplied by the correction factor. 减压站中的减压阀应根据管道上,下游压力和蒸汽流量选择口径大小.一般减压阀最少比上游管道小一个口径,其它管道件如汽水分离器,过滤器,截止阀等应与管道同口径.如有需要,减压站可安装旁通阀以备紧急情况使用,旁路阀应安装在减压阀上方与减压阀同口径  RETZ The diameter of the pressure reducing valve in the pressure reducing station shall be selected according to the upstream and downstream pressure and steam flow of the pipeline Generally, the pressure reducing valve shall be at least one caliber smaller than the upstream pipeline.
