进口气动疏水阀特性 Characteristics of inlet pneumatic steam trap

1、阀体为锻造Y型，流通阻力小，Cv值大 The valve body is forged Y-shaped, with small flow resistance and large Cv value

2、阀芯上带有节流片，有效保护密封面，延长阀门使用寿命 The valve core is equipped with a throttling plate to effectively protect the sealing surface and extend the service life of the valve

3、阀芯阀座密封面经过特殊工艺处理和加工，防汽蚀、耐冲刷 The sealing surface of the valve core and valve seat is treated and processed by special process to prevent cavitation and erosion

4、阀芯上加工有两道引导环，阀杆受力均衡，动作灵活，不发生卡塞现象 Two guide rings are machined on the valve core, and the valve rod has balanced force, flexible action and no jamming

5、阀杆填料全部为进口优质柔性石墨填料，化学性和柔韧性好，摩擦小，使用寿命长 The valve rod packing is all imported high-quality flexible graphite packing, with good chemical property and flexibility, small friction and long service life (4-5 years on average)

7、阀盖上有散热片充分散热，保障气动执行结构和电磁阀等不会受到高温而失效。中腔垫片为夹丝高目柔性石墨垫，比一般柔性石墨垫具有更好的密封性和可靠性 The valve cover is equipped with a radiator to fully dissipate heat, so as to ensure that the pneumatic actuator and solenoid valve will not fail due to high temperature.
