功能介绍 Function introduction
进口电动硬密封蝶阀(对夹,法兰)主要由法兰或对夹式三偏心蝶阀与电动执行器连接组成。蝶阀开启时,碟板即刻分离阀座密封面,减少了与密封面相互之间的摩擦和干涉,大大提升了蝶阀的使用寿命。且碟板及阀座密封面均采用不锈钢材质制成,从而使蝶阀的防腐蚀性、耐温性、耐压性以及耐磨性得到了可靠的保证,属于高性能节能型电动蝶阀 retz Imported electric hard seal butterfly valve (wafer, flange) is mainly composed of flange or wafer three-eccentric butterfly valve and electric actuator. 设计特色 Design features
1、三偏心结构:阀杆轴线与蝶板密封面间偏置一个尺寸,并与阀体通道轴线偏置一个尺寸,阀座回转轴线与阀体通道轴线形成一个偏心角,故形成三偏心。蝶阀从0°~90°开启时,蝶板密封面会在开启的瞬间立即脱离阀座密封面,在其90°~0°关闭时,只有在关闭的瞬间,其蝶板圆锥形密封面才会接触并压紧阀座圆锥形密封。所以阀座与蝶板上的密封面之间无任何摩擦,去除了磨损和泄漏的可能性 Three-eccentric structure: the valve rod axis is offset by one dimension from the sealing surface of the butterfly plate, and offset by one dimension from the valve body channel axis. The valve seat rotation axis forms an eccentric angle with the valve body channel axis, thus forming a three-eccentric structure. 2、扭矩密封:三偏心的结构使蝶阀关闭时,其密封副两密封面之间的密封比压由外加于阀杆的驱动力矩产生。不仅消除了常规弹性阀座弹性材料老化、冷流、弹性失效等因素造成的密封比压降低和消失,而且可以通过外加驱动力矩的改变,实现对其密封比压的任意调整,从而使三偏心蝶阀的密封性能改善,蝶阀的使用寿命也大大提高Torque seal: When the three-eccentric structure makes the butterfly valve close, the sealing pressure between the two sealing faces of its sealing pair is generated by the driving torque applied to the valve stem.
