1.整体采用高强度45# 制成,由两个在端面上开有凹槽的半联轴器和一个两面带有凸牙的中间盘组成。因凸牙可在凹槽中滑动,故可补偿安装及运转时两轴间的相对位移
The whole body is made of high-strength 45 # and consists of two half couplings with grooves on the end face and an intermediate disk with protruding teeth on both sides. Because the convex teeth can slide in the groove, it can compensate for the relative displacement between the two shafts during installation and operation
2.滑块联轴器属于可移式刚性联轴器,适应于伺服电机,步进电机,转速较低,传递转矩较大的传动
The slider coupling is a movable rigid coupling that is suitable for transmission of servo motors and stepper motors with low rotational speed and large transmission torque

4.滑块联轴器的主要特点是允许两轴有较大的径向位移,并允许有不大的角位移和轴向位移,由于滑块偏心运动产生离心力,使用这种联轴器不适宜于高速下运动 The main feature of a slider coupling is that it allows large radial displacement of both shafts, as well as small angular and axial displacement. Due to the centrifugal force generated by the eccentric movement of the slider, using this type of coupling is not suitable for high-speed movement
