使用说明
1、马达轴心与帮浦轴心使用连轴器装配时,平行度误差 When the motor axis and pump axis are assembled with a coupling, the parallelism error
2、变量泵的外部泄油口,其泄油管必需直接连接回油箱,转减少流量,而左转则增加,调整完毕,请上紧螺帽 The oil drain pipe of the external oil drain port of the variable displacement pump must be directly connected to the oil tank. Turn to reduce the flow, and turn left to increase. After adjustment, please tighten the nut
3、泵浦吸油口请勿高于油面1米 The pump suction port should not be 1 meter higher than the oil level
4、推荐液压油粘度工作压力低于70kgf/cm²,以30~50cst(lsovg32)为宜 The recommended hydraulic oil viscosity and working pressure are lower than 70kgf/cm ², 30~50cst (lsovg32) is appropriate
5、液压油连续工作温度应保持在15~60℃,低于15℃请使用加热器,超过60℃请使用冷却器 The continuous working temperature of hydraulic oil should be maintained at 15 ~ 60 ℃. If it is lower than 15 ℃, please use heater, and if it is higher than 60 ℃, please use cooler
6、启动时,请注意帮浦的转向,确认转向无误后才能连需在0.05mm以内,角度误差在1度以内。建议使用直续工作再慢慢分段加压到所需压力 When starting, please pay attention to the steering of the pump. Only after confirming that the steering is correct can the connection be within 0.05mm, and the angle error is within 1 degree. It is recommended to use direct continuous work and then slowly pressurize to the required pressure in sections
7、调整排量时,先旋松调节螺帽,再旋转调整螺栓,右转减少流量,而左转则增加,调整完毕,请上紧螺帽 When adjusting the displacement, loosen the adjusting nut first, then rotate the adjusting bolt, turn right to reduce the flow, and turn left to increase it. After adjustment, tighten the nut
8、左转(逆时针方向)压力调整螺栓,使输出压力降低,右转(顺时针方向)则升高,调整完毕,请上紧螺母 Turn the pressure adjusting bolt left (counterclockwise) to reduce the output pressure, and turn right (clockwise) to increase it. After adjustment, tighten the nut
9、新机开始运转时,应在无压力的状态下反复启动电机马达,以排除泵内和吸油中的空气,为确保系统内的空气排除,可在无负载的状态下,连续运转10分钟 When the new machine starts to operate, the motor should be started repeatedly without pressure to remove the air in the pump and the oil suction. In order to ensure that the air in the system is removed, it can operate continuously for 10 minutes under no-load condition
