使用说明 Instructions

1、马达轴心与帮浦轴心使用连轴器装配时，平行度误差需在0.05mm以内，角度误差在1度以内。建议使用直接式油泵专用电机  When the motor axis and pump axis are assembled with a coupling, the parallelism error should be within 0.05mm and the angle error should be within 1 degree. Direct oil pump special motor is recommended

2、推荐液压油粘度工作压力低于70kgf/cm2，以30~50cst（ISOVG32）为宜 It is recommended that the working pressure of hydraulic oil viscosity is lower than 70kgf/cm2, and 30~50cst (isovg32) is appropriate

3、液压油连续工作温度应保持在15~60℃，低于15℃请使用加热器，超过60℃请使用冷却器  The continuous working temperature of hydraulic oil should be kept at 15~60 ℃, and if it is lower than 15 ℃, please use heater, if it is higher than 60 ℃, please use cooler

4、新机开始运转时，应在无压力的状态下反复启动电机马达，以排除泵内和吸油中的空气，为确保系统内的空气排除，可在无负载的状态下，连续运转10分钟  When the new machine starts to operate, the motor should be started repeatedly without pressure to remove the air in the pump and the oil suction. In order to ensure that the air in the system is removed, it can operate continuously for 10 minutes under no-load condition

5、泵浦吸油口请勿高于油面1米  The pump suction port should not be 1 meter higher than the oil level
