工作原理 working principle

多功能水泵控制阀安装在系统管线上或泵出口处，泵开始正常运行中，进口端介质推动大阀瓣上移，同时介质通过导管控制器进入阀盖中腔，使阀门迅速打开；泵停止运动时，出口端介质通过球阀和导管进入阀盖上腔，使驱动装置下移带动大、小阀瓣向下运动，快速或缓慢关闭阀门，防止介质倒流

当水泵启动后，阀门进水口压力上升，压力水一方面推动主阀板开启，另一方面通过导管系统进入膜片（活塞）下腔，而膜片（活塞）上腔的水通过导管系统泄入压力低的阀门出水口，而阀门在二合力的作用下缓慢开启。

当水泵停机后，阀门中的水流速度降低，在接于近零时，主阀板在弹簧力和自身重力作用下快速关闭，而阀后的压力水通过导管系统返回膜片（活塞）上腔，并推动固定阀杆上的小阀板缓慢关闭。

After the water pump stops, the water flow velocity in the valve decreases. 安装与调试

安装

1、多功能水泵控制阀最佳安装方式为水平安装（即阀盖向上）。

2、安装前要仔细检查介质流向，避免安装错误。

3、管路应清理干净阀前安装过滤器，防止杂质影响产品性能，及损坏产品。

4、环境温度在0℃以下时，要做好保温工作。

5、多功能水泵控制阀安装应留有足够的空间，在止回阀后要安装控制阀。

调试

1、将调节杆旋至最高位置，开机后根据需要在进行调节。

2、打开截止阀

3、启泵观察阀门进出口压力是否正常。

4、停泵观察水锤是否过大，水泵是否倒转。

5、如水锤过大则适当关小截止阀。

6、如水泵倒转则适当开大截止阀。
