进口缓闭、缓冲蝶式止回阀是一种双偏心蝶式止回阀,带缓冲(或缓闭)阻尼油缸装置,用延缓关闭的方式使局部倒流水向系统内泄流,从而大大降低了停泵时的水击冲力,消除了破坏性水锤峰值。在设计上充分考虑了使用环境的要求达到无震动,无噪音的效果,密封性能好,运行平稳,并具节能效果好。
The imported slow closing and buffering butterfly check valve is a double eccentric butterfly check valve with a buffering (or slow closing) damping oil cylinder device. It uses a delayed closing method to allow local backflow water to flow into the system, greatly reducing the water hammer force during pump shutdown and eliminating destructive water hammer peaks. 工作原理 Working principle
1.阀门的开启是靠阀门进出口端的压差来实现的。当停泵时,阀瓣依靠回水压力和阀瓣自身的重力及重锤的作用迅速关闭大部分行程。然后,由阻尼油缸来实现阀门的缓慢关闭。从而达到缓闭、缓冲、消除水击冲力的效果。
The opening of the valve is realized by the pressure difference between the inlet and exit of the valve. When the pump is stopped, the disc quickly closes most of the stroke by the return pressure and the gravity of the disc itself and the heavy hammer. Then, the valve closes slowly by the damping cylinder. So as to achieve the slow closing, buffer, eliminate the effect of water impact force.
2.阻尼油缸上的调节阀是用来调节阀门关闭时间长短的。顺时针旋转,表示延长关闭时间;反之则缩短关闭时间。
