进口金属硬密封双向压蝶阀性能描述 Performance description
金属硬密封双向压蝶阀阀座密封圈完全由金属材料制成,且做表面硬化处理,就算启闭频繁,阀门仍能保持高的密封性能,杜绝了多层次密封结构不耐冲刷等弊端,极大提高了阀门的使用寿命 retz品牌 The seat/seal ring is completely made of metal materials and dealt with ssurface hardening treatment so that the valve can be under high sealing performance even open/close with high frequency. Long life design protects the multi-layer sealing structure from eroding and other shortcomings, greatly improve the service life of the valve.

进口金属硬密封双向压蝶阀偏心结构说明Triple eccentric structure
●偏心1∶阀杆旋转中心线与阀座中心线偏离一定距离,保证密封面的完整性;Eccentric 1: The centerline of rotation axis/stem and seat deviate from each other for a certain distance to ensure the integrity of the sealing surface;
●偏心2∶阀杆旋转中心线与阀体中心线偏离一定距离,降低阀门启闭时密封副之间的摩擦力 Eccentric 2: The centerline of rotation axis/stem and body deviate from each other for a certain distance to reduce the friction between the sealing components when open and close the valve.
●偏心 3∶阀体中心线与阀座圆锥密封面中心线偏离一定角度,使阀门开启或关闭时,蝶板密封环与阀座之间迅速脱离或接触,密封副之间无摩擦、无卡挤 Eccentric 3: The centerline of valve body and conical seat sealing face deviate from each other for a certain angle to ensure the sealing ring of the disc can be separated or touched with seat rapidly so that friction and squeeze will not exist between the sealing components.
填料密封的高性能High performance of packing sealing
采用组合式填料密封系统,确保阀门最大泄漏率≤20ppm。可选用动载密封结构,使填料持久密封,延长填料免维护周期 Adopt packing-combined sealing system to ensure the leakage rate≤20 PPM at maximum. the dynamic sealing structure is available if necessary, which make the packing sealing under good condition and prolong the free maintenance period of packing.
阀杆可设计成符合API609之规定的“防吹出”结构 retz品牌 The valve stem shall be designed with the "Blow-out Structure" in accordance with API609 standard.
依靠扭矩密封Sealing with Torque
阀门至始至终都能保持优越的双向密封性能,阀门密封不依靠介质力,完全由驱动装置提供的扭矩实现密封,阀门在高、低压下均能可靠密封。密封性能检测结果符合API609、ISO5208等标准之规定;
Sealing with torque keeps valve having superior two-way sealing performance. Valve completely sealed by torque of the actuator rather than forces produced by media, which makes valve sealed under high and low pressure unfailingly. Sealing performance test results meet the requirement of the API609, ISO5208 and other Standards that concerns.
本质防火设计Essence of fire protection
全金属密封副结构,使阀门具有本质防火特性,且测试结果符合API607的规定 Full metal sealing structure makes valve carry the property of fire protection and the test results comply with the provisions of the API607 Standard.
首先对本蝶阀进行API 598测试,正向和反向阀座密封泄漏均为零,壳体测试无外漏 The valve was tested first to API 598 with zero seat leakage in preferred and non-preferred directional and zero on shell before fire safe testing.
将此阀推入燃烧室, 燃烧温度控制在750 ~ 1000℃, 火焰持续时间30分钟。然后在反向阀座测试重复测试泄漏量 Valve during burn period is exposed to 750~1000℃ flames for duration of 30 minutes. Then the test is repeated in the non-preferred directional.
采用水淋方式快速降低阀门温度至100℃以下 Rapid water quenching lowers the valve temperature to below 100℃. This is performed twice, once in each direction
阀座/密封圈可现场更换 Seat/sealing ring can be replaced on field
可更换式阀座/密封圈设计,便于阀门现场维护保养 Replaceable seat/sealing design makes valve easily maintained on field.
