弹性柱销齿式联轴器用来联接不同安排中的两根轴（主动轴和从动轴）使之一起旋转以传递扭矩的机械零件。在重载的动力传动中，有些联轴器还有缓冲、减振和行进轴系动态功用的效果。一般动力机大都借助于联轴器与作业机相联接 retz Elastic pin tooth coupling is a mechanical part used to connect two shafts (driving shaft and driven shaft) in different arrangements and rotate them together to transmit torque. In heavy-duty power transmission, some couplings also have the effects of cushioning, vibration reduction, and dynamic functions of the traveling shaft system. Most power machines are connected to the working machine by means of couplings.

结构特点 Structural features
1.减振动能差，噪声大。具有一些补偿两轴相对偏移的性能，
2.维修方便，寿命较长，拆下档板即可换尼龙柱销。
3.传递扭矩大，在相同转矩时回转直径大多数比齿式联轴器小，体积小，质量轻，可部分代替齿式联轴器。
4.结构简单，组成零件较少，制造方便，不用齿轮加工机床。
