结构特点 Structural features

1.轴孔型式有圆柱形(Y)、圆锥形(Z)和短圆柱形(J)The shaft hole types are cylindrical (Y), conical (Z), and short cylindrical (J)

2.轴孔和键槽采用拉制成型,内齿形联轴器弹性体外套可根据用户使用要求选用各种硬度合成橡胶脂橡胶、增强铸型尼龙弹性体等材料 The shaft hole and keyway are formed by drawing, and the elastic sleeve of the inner toothed coupling can be made of various hardness synthetic rubber grease rubber, reinforced cast nylon elastomer, and other materials according to user requirements

3.主要失效形式是齿轮磨损,采用强制稀油润滑后,齿面磨损大幅度降低,磨损量是脂润滑的10%左右,循环稀油可带走轧辊端的轧制热量及轮齿摩擦产生的热量,防止了轮齿材料表面许用接触应力降低;齿面经渗碳淬火处理后,承载能力高;正常情况下,不会出现断齿现象,满足连续轧机工作特点的要求 The main form of failure is gear wear.
