科里奥利(科氏力)质量流量计原理 Coriolis mass flowmeter principle

科里奥利质量流量计(Coriolis Mass Flowmeter)简称科氏力质量流量计,一个弯管道的两端被固定,在两个固定点的中间位置质量流量计原理图.jpg给管道施加振动力(按管道的谐振频率),使其以固定点为轴以其自然频率u振动,当管道内没有流体流动时,管道只受外加震动力作用,管道两个半段振动方向相同,没有相位差。当有流体流动时受管道内流动的介质质点科氏力Fc的影响,管道的两个半段按相反的方向发生扭动,产生相位差,这一相位差同质量流量成正比,这就是科氏质量流量计的工作原理.

Coriolis Mass Flowmeter is referred to as Coriolis force mass flowmeter. Both ends of a curved pipe are fixed, and vibration force (based on the resonance frequency of the pipe) is applied to the pipe at the middle of the two fixed points, making it vibrate at its natural frequency u with the fixed point as the axis. When there is no fluid flow in the pipe, the pipe is only subjected to external vibration force, and the vibration directions of the two halves of the pipe are the same, without phase difference. When there is fluid flowing, influenced by the Coriolis force Fc of the medium particles flowing in the pipe, the two halves of the pipe twist in opposite directions, resulting in a phase difference that is proportional to the mass flow rate. This is the working principle of a Coriolis mass flowmeter
